I think Corica didn't recruit staff and train them quickly enough which led to a delay in ramping up mining volumes. Corica got there in the end but presumably it doesn't want to be made financially responsible for the delays it caused which led to the current dispute

The problems Corica encountered stem from Guinea being a new jurisdiction for them so they had to recruit all staff from scratch

I still think there is a very high probability of a placing here, it is just a question if how much and a what price.

Harry will hope that the share price will rise when he announces the financing package has been signed. I would have thought the placing will need to be around £30million and they might need to offer a decent discount with warrants to get that away given the jurisdiction and company's credibility

I think the partner has been lined up but need the permit signed off before the contract can be signed and announced to the market. It only sounds like a short delay so won't have to wait much longer for further news
