Given the interim results, the 2nd half of the year must have been fantastic. The outlook in today's RNS: 'The Company is experiencing one of its highest levels of orders for delivery in the first half of the year. Although the 2018 financial year is at a relatively early stage, based on the level of orders in hand and the level of new business enquiries, the Board anticipates that revenues and margins in 2018 will continue to improve.' Looks like the company is now trading very profitably.

Excellent news! We should see a very good rise in the share price on the back of this. The company is clearly very undervalued.

Here's what was stated in the gold production RNS which was released about18 months ago: 'Subject to final agreement with RMG, the targeted cost for contract mining and processing is less than $600 per ounce assuming an average grade of 1 g/t Au for heap leachable gold-bearing ores. These costs will reduce if the average grade increases above 1 g/t Au'

There is very big upside here as the company moves towards production. The timing is very good too as the gold price has strengthened recently. Production costs will be very low and amongst the lowest in the industry. I think the original MOU stated $600 per ounce.

I would also prefer the company to say how much a contract is worth per annum instead of the total value over the life of the contract. There is certainly a danger of the company arranging a placing in the near future. Cash burn was higher than expected in the interims and there has only been a couple of contact win RNSs since then and the contracts are for a relatively small amount. I was hoping that there would have been some announcements of Midgard contracts by now, as the company seems to have invested quite heavily in this new product. Midgard wasn't mentioned in today's announcement. Poursfaie did mention that he had heard there were problems with Midgard.

Fallingknife1 - fair enough, the market doesn't seem too impressed with the RNS. Perhaps it is because the contract is with an existing client so it may not mean much extra revenue to FLX. The market is also probably waiting to see if a placing is going to be necessary during the next couple of months.

Today's contract win follows on from the RNS of December 20 which announced a multi-year contract win with a Global 50 company. The company is building very good momentum now and the share price hasn't really responded yet

I expect to see a decent rally off the back of that RNS as the share price is very over sold

There are lots of warrants and convertible loan notes at 0.8p which could mean significant resistance as holders sell shares

Manlord - I wouldn't read too much into Greg's reply. I have corresponded with him on many occasions and although he is willing to answer questions he is very guarded about giving any hints about anything price sensitive like when to expect the next RNS.

Only fools would pay attention to a research note paid for by the company. It's laughable how it refers to RRR being 'well-managed' :-)
