So we've got a £15m placing and share consolidation

Not much left on the ask now so hopefully it will tick up soon

Good to see the newsflow from the work programme has commenced.

Hopefully, this will be the start of the turnaround in the share price

Now that the placing is out of the way I think the risk to reward ratio is very good from here considering the work programme is underway and there should be plenty of newsflow in the coming months to help drive the share price back up to a more sensible level. It's also very positive that the company is now debt free and all the loans with silly interest rates have been paid off

I think the potential need for further funding is holding the share price back

I think this is great news. You have to bear in mind this was reconnaissance drilling so ver good to have hit copper so early on. Now they have a better idea where the copper mineralisation has been deposited the follow up drilling results should be very interesting

Very little information in that interview about the mine being acquired.

It was however clear there will be an equity fundraise as part of the RTO as the CEO mentioned a few times about new shareholders coming in. It will be interesting to see what share price they will be able to get the fundraise away at

I've not followed the company before but it's very impressive for SAR to have raised a significant amount of additional funding at a premium to the recent fundraise. From what I can see this could well be the last fundraise before the company secures a partnership deal for a phase 2 trial. The cash raised should also help them in negotiations as it shows they are well funded and not desperate for cash

At the current gold price and assuming $900 AISC which is the top end of guidance this year, the company would generate profits of $150million next year if it produces 85k ounces. With no debt to pay off the current market cap looks ridiculously undervalued

I checked the admission date before I said the company probably hasn't received any funds.

This may scupper the fundraise. If I was participating I'd be looking to pull out as NOMADs don't normally resign unless there's a very god reason

Great to hear that the Meta Quest 3S has officially launched at $299 . This will really help get more people to use VR and EXR win more contracts and licences 👍

Dave clearly very excited that it will be a game changer fir EXR.

His previous post a few days ago about the release of 19 immersive learning environments for educational clients seems to be receiving very positive feedback. The educational offering seems to be improving rapidly with this and the School of AI is also about to be launched. This should result in lots of new licence orders for EXR

One of the main takeaways from today's presentation is that the company is very focused on achieving profitability

In my experience companies don't tend to release XRF readings these days as they aren't particularly accurate and don't always correlate well with assay results. I've see companies do it in the past and the assay results have been disappointing by comparison and led to a negative market reaction. it will be interesting to see the actual assay results

Just watched the Investor Meet presentation:

Outlook/Guidance revenue for H2: €0.8million of contracted revenue + €1m licence renewals + €0.8m of new customer licences from a pipeline of €4m + €0.4m services revenue with expected 2024 revenue total of €5.3million

The directors are very focused on reaching profitability next year. They are taking a big cut in salary until this has been achieved. The large rise in recurring revenue is very positive for the company. Dave is confident of winning some new large contracts in H2 which are currently under negotiation.

Next week Meta is launching a new low cost Quest 3 headset. EXR are privy to the details but can't say more until it is launched. This should be very positive for EXR as it will drive new contact wins as a high quality VR device will be very affordable. Dave was clearly very excited about this and said we'd hear more about this from EXR in the coming weeks and the collaboration with Meta.
