Just seen 12month Target Price for Seaport is $35. Almost 2x the current price. Dunno what effect that would have on PRTC valuation. Im sure a wise owl on here will have an opinion.

I've mentioned this book before and having read it i resorted to Green Boxing the ones who followed the template laid down to identify various stytypes of les of stupidity. Why trying to debate with fools is a trap and why the stupidest people dont think they're stupid.

Well worth the read.

I indeed read all the comments and research on Reddit from you, Keith and others before I took the plunge and invested a very modest amount and have gradually increased my investment to a level i'm comfortable with. If I had more cash at hand i'd increase further.

The saying goes God is in the design but the devil is in the detail. So attention to detail in your business and research if replicated in your care for Lady H will lead to a comfortable convalescence and recovery. Hopefully shes a patient with patience. I feel for you both.

So sorry to hear about Mr Harridons wifecsuffering a stroke. I suffered one on 30th December 2023 so 2 years later I am still coming to terms with the after effects. Mine was completely unexpected, no warning whatsoever and its side effects are still affecting me and my family and friends.

I wish you and your wife all the very best for a swift recovery. Get plenty of rest and sleep as and when you can. Hospitals are lonely places to be so visit as much as possible. Best wishes
