Although the Press Release was the trigger for yesterdays excitement there were several other straws in the wind recently.What sparked my interest were the change in tone and content in Cathy's emails.She seemed to be going out of her normal stock phrases about sharing our frustration----events out of our control etc etc and was now flaging up 'Arthur's Excitement,that we were in a queue,that there were no other issues,holding up approval,and for me most importantly,that Kola was engaging directly with NNPC.
Then we could see for ourselves that a relatively small group were seemingly accumulating a large number of dshares which were brought to light late in the day. Then there was the 6000000 trade just a few days ago.Finally,yesterday we heard that 25 companies had had their Licences renewed.. OK nothing definitive but on AIM you have to look for clues and take an informed gamble to getin early.
Of course I and many others may be wrong but I'm prepared to take that chance. As you say Jay,Monday will be interesting. MMs may try to dampen enthusiasm for their own reasons or we could see another very Blue day.
Finally,the Canadian Exchange in Toronto seems to have caught fire too with good volume and a 50% rise. I know it goes up in increments of 5 but still impressive.GLA

Im sure the majority of posters are genuinely excited and not trying to delude anyone.There a few pro rampers amonst them but like all of us you have to learn how to sort the wheat from the chaff. I learned the hard way. Most of us have.There are enough steady hands on heee to cull excess nonsense.

Thanks ismrich. Yet another " differenr" and very positive response from Cathy Yes,September at the very latest but hopefully sooner.You can sense the subdued excitement in Cathys recent emails. I wish Jay would repost an email frim say April so we can all judge for ourselves how things are changing.

So far as I'm aware Jay has been closest to Cathy for many months He has posted her responses in here for all to read. I di not rrcall.any email as being remotely as ppditive as these recent ones to a number of posters Perhaps Jsy can confirm this!!!!.

These are very different.Never before has Cathy ssid 'Arthur is excited'. Never before have we kniown thst Kolas Group is now "' engaging" with NNPC. Never befire has Cathy mentioned a"queue," and that there are no "issues," other than waiting our turn. If you have received this infi previouly why did you not tell us.????? Jay is in cinstant cintact with Cathy and Arthur and has to my knowledge not ever received such poditive responses. Pethaps Jsy can cinfirm ir deny I repeat my nrwly acquired confidence. If you disagree, pleade print your responses from Cathy since JANUARY!!!! I dont believe you can.

No doubt about it! The tone and cintent of Cath's responses has changed dramatically very recently.So much so that I'm ultra confident things will turn out well.We sre in the queue and we can infer from her responses that we are now near the front. Relax and top up will be my mantra from now on.
