In my view Atomic changes everything. Even if Nigeria continues to play "silly beggars" Art has demonstrated that we can not only survive but thrive. Art is no fool and for certain he has a plan B should there be still more frustrating delays for opl 26.

I don't think Art will stop at Atomic. He will be on the lookout for other distressed Covid Assets and I doubt he will involve himself with dodgy jurisdictions in future
