Having lived in Toronto for a number of years I can tell you that oilers of all kinds are two a penny. It's much more difficult there to get mass attention. Remember Art made his name in the North Sea . So although he's Canadian he's more of a name here imo.

We were given to understand that the transition would either be seamless or if a very short duration. That's why people normally supportive and positive like me, are getting peed off.
