RS. Refinancing and Increased Production.
If any one of those doesnt move the dial then I will start to be concerned

I believe the Market accepts that RS will be spectacular but not priced in,I think it is waiting for Refinancing which also seems highly likely but ,ESPECIALLY for greatly increased production. That may be what the Market is waiting for. Just my opinion
