With regard to the Board changes, I find it difficult to swallow the reasons given for their "Demise,"

If I had served on this BOD for many years through all the Ups and Downs only to be wishing NOW to move to "New Projects".

That doesn't ring true. Not to me at least.

The natural reaction to seeing the project on the verge of great success, would surely be to see it through. Walking that Extra Mile would be as natural and in keeping with Human Nature that you could find anywhere in a Corporate Scenario.

So why have they gone?One would assume they are the Weakest Links but sufficiently useful and competent to have kept them on Board all this time.

I am tempted to go along with the theory that they are making way for two new occupants. The obvious clImants would be Representatives of the JV Company. Try as I might, I cannot logically come up with any other explanation.

I assume the two gents leaving have been well taken care of. So they are unlikely to rock the boat or be responsible for any dangerous "leaks".

Timing is everything or so they say. If that is true it tells me something very significant is close. Dare I say Imminent?

We shall see. But my money is on the JV being all wrapped up before Mid July.

Everybody is terribly frustrated and disappointed with Copls failure to deliver.

The real problem we are faced with is what to do now.

There are a large number of us who have invested quite large amounts over time. We did this after being encouraged to do so by the CEOs very positive pronouncements.

And the word of the CEO via RNS is regarded as the Fifth Gospel.

However, slowly but very surely the Scales fell from our eyes and many of us began to wonder if Art was yet another False Prophet

No need to catalogue the list of failed promises and missed deadlines. If you're not aware of them then you havent6 been here long.

But, what keeps us here is the Asset. That remains.And it's the enduring hope that someday soon this ugly caterpillar will be transformed into a Butterfly of stunning brilliance.

There is some optimism that things will turn. But it's so slow that sentiment fluctuates wildly,grasping every straw and then raging at every Bond Conversion.

But it's the Asset. We keep applying the logic that if Art can't fix things, then somebody out there most certainly will.
