It's the Minor Bondholders converting. Why?

Well they are converting the Bond into shares. They know that very positive news is imminent so it's a race against time to SELL whilst the price is ridiculously low. Then the lower the SP the more shares they can convert to.

It's like buying bread for 2p a loaf knowing it's going to be 20p a loaf next month.

Obviously for them the lower the SP the richer they soon hope to be.

So clearly the trolls don't want you to understand what's going on. It's easy to say it's a Dog Share etc but in reality this frog is preparing to become a handsome Prince.

The best way to evaluate this situation is to dispassionately at what is happening at the trading patterns and to try to interpret what they mean

We can all see that BHs are converting and are flooding the market with extra shares by the million

We also can deduce that JBER are the main conduit in this exercise and clearly they have some kind of arrangement with the BH to facilitate the process on a continuous basis.

The SP is being very slowly walked down creating fear and anger amongst us all.

Normally such a scenario would trigger more a more panic selling creating a Death Spiral.

But this is not happening. We've seen massive buying over the past week or so. Millions of shares are being hoovered up by what appears to be a group of "insider's" and numerous smaller trades by smart investors who can join the dots. So what is happening is counter intuitive. Millions of sells prompting millions of Buys at knockdown prices.

Why could this be happening?

It's because in spite of having an unpopular CEO who doesn't communicate much there does seem to be exciting things happening on the ground. New kit is arriving by the day and after a really tough and frustrating couple of years it looks as if Copl is getting ready to roll in a big way. Production is going to increase very dramatically and together with the rising price of WTI we could be printable very soon

But the big news will be the agreement if a JV very likely with Exxon Mobile. All the signs are that this will happen soon. What is really interesting is the prospect of the joint venture becoming hugely interested in Carbon Capture. This industry is going to be massive and we will be at the heart of it.

Si while we watch these two games being played probably the wisest course is to top up if you can and wait for a successful Endgame to play out.
