After very careful reading and re reading this RBS it is becoming increasingly understood that matters Copl are undergoing very important change.

I suspect there has been one helluvan internal upheaval in all areas.

I can imagine Arthur agreed his move under duress. But it became inevitable when Anavio got involved.There was obviously considerable disquiet at some of Arthur's way of running the company. They had to rid the company of the widespread belief that the Market didn't trust Art and neither did the majority of Retail Shareholders.

I think most of us are somewhat dismayed at the thought the JV may take even more time. It's over a year now. Surely it should be oven ready now.

However it's clear that it's coming.
