I think it does usually transpire that way, AND good to know you do too. Let's hope that this company goes the way it deserves to in the near future, so we don't have to keep second-guessing!

Haha Dip...it happened to me once too!! Nightmare and that's why I walk away. I do it rarely and it's only because I feel if the mms want them, then there's a background order to be filled giving me more confidence. I'm not sure if that's right? But I think I'll not attempt it too often in case I lose them altogether! then I'd only have fivers in my pockets instead of Mushroom's new 50's now!!!

There's often no rhyme or reason, but I think Buffett was almost certainly spot on when he said to not budge, not trade and forget about it for as long as it takes! Be nice to have that kind of nerve all of the time, but at times I fail to. Not in this share's case though.

It seems like a stock that deserves to win somehow.

I trade with other companies on volatility, for income reasons, but with this one, I've made many purchases and not selling until the time is right (ie t/o or long term news). It would be extremely welcome given a wipeout financially, but I won;t budge as have faith in it and the stars all seem aligned which is phenomenal.

Think I'd shoot myself if I was out when the perfect moment finally strikes!!!!

I wanted to find a company like GGP and on research in January was lucky enough to find this and thrilled to be here and rooting for everyone.The research and camaraderie is astonishing and a pleasant change after some of the companies in the FTSE 100 I am more used to!

Yes it underlined proof they're all waiting for, so all is crossed!

I do find it intriguing that even after all the positive news and press coverage we have had in addition to 7 sets of brilliant results, plus the obvious very recent obvious upselling of their company from Gervaise and Callum, plus the gold price, that the SP has remained stagnant of late.

It has done amazingly since January, and of course there has been some recent dilution, but it must be all dependent on the MRE as the major incentive, for it to move to where it rightly belongs, surely? I know that's stating the obvious, but is it because it is on AIM that 'other' major players needs concrete written evidence for the SP to reflect all of this evidence to date?
I'd welcome others thoughts?

The weirdest thing....I was just thinking to myself that we all need a boost to get us out of the SP 'doldrums' currently....thank you Spy! I am a huge believer...but I still needed that right now!

As a sideline observer and investor, and admittedly without the technical knowledge many have on here, I would just add my observation.
Whilst watching GH more recently, in interviews and presentations, I would think he was 'posturing' (in this case in the best sense of the term) and showing his strength as a leader to get the best possible deal, come hell or high water, for his company and for his shareholders.
ie. I think he is comfortable as an explorer, but simply trying to get the best deal now for Havieron at the very least, as he is in the full knowledge now that he has , thus far, given Newcrest an excellent deal but now has has more power to his elbow.
