The RNS from April 2021 mentioned:
The Agreement has an initial term of 12 months from 6 April 2021, with a one-month notice period for termination thereafter. Boots will act as non-exclusive agent for MHC for sales of the testing kit, and will receive a commission on all sales made under the Agreement through Boots' sales channels.
Soon, MHC will be updating us about the status of the contract. Perhaps they will use the opportunity to state that Boots will also be stocking the DNA tests. That's my hope anyway.
It has to be said once more: you have just got to admire the reliability and dedication of Colin Harrington and his team. The pressure must have been huge: delays with CPR; faithfully answering queries from many worried stake holders; and then the release of an RNS which should put minds at ease as Zephyr continues to work towards accomplishing its goals. The leadership has been superb.
And the RNS of Dec 2021 indicates the re-fraccing of the Cambay 77H well is already funded.
The Board of Oilex Limited (Oilex the Company) is very pleased to announce that it has arranged the funding required for the re-fraccing of the Cambay 77H well in India. Oilex has appointed the Bedrock / Manan consortium to plan the Cambay 77H well re-frac (and to assist in the new well program for H2 2022.
I think the interviews are often recorded the day before.
Ambers235. I just wanted to confirm: are the Single LFT non travel tests £1.89 and the LFT fit to fly tests £12.99 actually supplied by MHC.
The website states that the DNA tests are available soon

This is on its website: Competent Person’s Reports (CPRs): A Competent Person’s Report is an independent technical report that delivers an impartial and credible appraisal of a company’s oil and gas assets to ensure investors are well-informed.
Many stock exchanges and regulators demand a CPR from a company that is preparing for a significant transaction such as a merger, takeover, large acquisition, or an initial public offering (IPO). The CPR’s effective date should be no more than six months before the major transaction. Sproule is experienced in developing CPRs that comply not only with SEC and TSX requirements but also, with the demands of regulators in Hong Kong, London, Australia and other parts of the world.

This is great news we have all been patiently awaiting.
where-is-my- Why not lock in some profits and then get back on board.
That's very admirable of you Splatted. I am sure everyone on the BB would like to see the returns on your investments double over the next few weeks.

Well done Thebhoys; I think everyone on the BB will be really pleased for you; I have followed your posts and advice since early last year and your passion for Zephyr has never wavered. The fact that you have consistently emphasised not only the company's potential, but also the opportunities and value it offers ordinary investors is on record for all to see.

Dactions, It could still technically be April: the email says 'on track' for H1 2022, which would include the April period. Of course, the operative word is 'on track'.
I did write to Walbrook and MHC yesterday, asking them why the new range of products was not being more avidly promoted on the website, especially as their launch is imminent. I got a prompt and polite reply back from Walbrook which explained that they are on track to launch five new at-home wellness tests in H1 2022.
