Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Hi All,
Thanks for all your messages.
I did contact II today, and they have set my price of £1.50 (these are the shares I held in ISA, but now they moved them to my normal trading account)
I did talk to them about my holdings in SIPP and they said, they can set the limit order on them too in the same way!!
I was really impressed.
So I am thinking now, would it be worth holding these shares in my normal account and SIPP for longer time than just selling them off now? Would I have any or same options later on, that there would be buyers for these shares or would we get sha fted later on? what are you thoughts.
Ta G
HI
To those hold their shares in Interactive Investors:
1) I had some in my ISA, which they have now moved to normal trading account.
How do I sell them? Can I just set a Limit sell order myself or do I need to ring interactive investors for this?
2) I hold some in my SIPP account, can I sell them from my SIPP account in same way too?
3) From the document, (https://tintra.com/2024/02/tintra-the-next-steps/), what happens if I don't sell nothing now?
Can I sell, suppose in 6months time? I mean how would I know what price I could get, if everything is funded for TNT etc?
Could we get like 5£ for shares?
Sorry, too many questions, but I hold lots of them, so just trying to get all the options possible.
Thanks G
Anyone hold then in their SIPP account?
Looks like what I hold in SIPP via interactive investor will be just write off for me!!!
I need some help on this please....
I thought they would offer 1.50£, so I could sell in SIPP itself
Ta G
THis is what Interactive Investor says!!!
SIPP and Junior ISA customers
Unlisted shares are not considered a qualifying investment for these accounts and withdrawals are not permitted from
these products. Consequently, holders may wish to liquidate any holdings prior to a delisting becoming effective.
ISA Customers
Due to restrictions imposed on ISA accounts, unlisted shares are not considered an ISA-qualifying investment.
Therefore, we will arrange to move your Tintra plc shares to a linked trading account, opening one on your behalf if
you do not already have one. If that is not possible, we may attempt to withdraw the shares into certificated form,
reregistering them into your own name. Certificates received in respect of ISA accounts will no longer be held within
the tax efficient wrapper, so will lose any tax benefits
Hello All,
Any one got ISA or SIPP account with Interactive Investor, holding TNT?
Just want to know what you all doing with the holding... Lots riding on it, wants to know what others are doing.
Thanks G
I am still struggling to understand what happens to my holdings in ISA& SIPP in interactive investor account. I hope I will get chance to sell them to get my cash in those accounts?
The problem is they cannot move from SIPP to normal account as there are tax implications.
From isa to normal account could be easier...
I am with interactive investor
My holdings are in ISA and SIPP.
How do I get them into a normal trading account? I hope to take cash offer too if there's one....

Is it normal trading account like in interactive investor?
Thanks G
Hi All,
I hold half in ISA and half in SIPP.
What are my options? Can I hold a delisted company in either of them?
I want to cash out, my average is 100p, if I get a chance.
Thanks G
HI All,
I hold in SIPP and ISA. I am thinking of all the options.
Mostly I would take the money and run. But, if I plan to sell the ones in ISA, and hold ones in SIPP how does it work?
How can I hold the ones in SIPP if its delisted?
Thanks G
Richard Shearer says , "Shareholders should be aware that whilst it is the intention to set the price at 150p per Ordinary Share, there is no guarantee that there will be a buyer at this price."
Means, if you try to sell, we will give you a lower price, and if you hold, go only knows what and when you will get your money out... I have been holding for long with average of around 100p, should have got out, when I was in huge profit, all the Aim company directors/ceo s are real t hu gs ... dont trust any.. they play with your dream, and royally s cre w you
Just totally disappointed.
Hi All, I am with interactive investor, I haven't received any email yet about the offer. I just want to get out and use cash for something else. Anyone using interactive investor received an email regarding the offer?
Thanks G
I am holding lots of these, and I want the deal to be done and dusted if there's one!!!
Money is just stuck when I can use them for other trades....
Any thoughts from experts here on what actually is happening 🤔
Thanks G
So we have come down from 11.50£ to 1.50£ ... what a farce...
I always used to book healthy profits in AIM shares, but then again, the company management has successfully managed me to believe in them!!! 5.50£, could have helps me with my mortgage....
My hunt for next multibagger starts now... PREM, KOD, all falling and failing too along with TGR :)
hello all , what is everyone planning to do? take cash offer or **************? thoughts welcome
thanks g
Happytobemike,
Yes, I might get 15£k profit, but see how much up I was when it was 350p. As everyone else, I too was trusted the company to do much better in long term. But this is where we private investors lose out to big boys, they bring it down, take private, and make milli6.... we can never win. I know the the new investor knows the potential of the company. Ta G
I have been holding around 102 average, and feel gutted didnt get out at 350s.... Almost 30K£ invested in ISA.
I guess private investors never make money... all those people ready to invest for 11.50£ going to be looser too?
Totally gutted.. AIM, never trust.. take profit as soon as we see it... so much hype, and now this!!!
I guess money will be made by those HNIs ? or hedge funds?
