It is simply not true to say that JD.COM walked away. It was Sainsbury's that ended the talks as JD.com proposed significantly changed terms that Sainsbury's deemed not in the best interest of its shareholders, colleagues, and stakeholders. Sainsbury's stated that they would focus on a strong future for Argos under their existing 'More Argos, more often' strategy, aiming to enhance digital, range, and efficiency.

Argos is continually being integrated into Sainsbury's stores complementing the core business. There are plenty of Synergies between the 2 entities that still need to be realised, especially at the transportation stage, and these will eventually allow Argos to perform profitably.

I'm with you on this Maffa, Venture Capitalists are not known for throwing their money at lost causes and, if Valsen is to be believed, this has been fraud all along. I fear that the amount of inside information that Valsen presents, that he must be linked to the BOD.

I managed to Top Up early this morning when my Dividend from other shares arrived

I'll tell you what, there are some angry shareholders on this board. If you have no faith in a turnaround, why the hell didn't you bail pre-suspension? It makes no sense to cry on these boards about lack of transparency when this company has never been the most communicative. It just doesn't make sense. And why the personal attacks on dash? You know you can just filter him out, right?

I'm not sure why everyone is bothering to post on this board in advance of an RNS. All stocks are locked in, so we will either relist at some point or the company will screw everyone over by going private or bust. All the crying on these boards does absolutely nothing to change the reallity of the situation. Some of the personal comments on here are just plain disgusting and the individuals should be ashamed of themselves. Anyway, that said, I'm off to work now for my salary of a tonne of bricks and some window frames

I am neither Pro nor Anti Dash, it doesn't matter to me what you all say, my holding is for the long term as my losses are significant.

However, a quick look at the last but one RNS would have given you 5 names, with telephone numbers, of people associated with WBI that you could call yourself if you wish. These will be in a far better position to discuss the future of the company than the likes of Valsen and Sarah1234.

@Valsen I may have been more inclined to listen to you if it wasn't for the fact that you are inconsistent.

In earlier posts you made it clear that production had stopped and that "Machines are out of order or very dangerous due to lack of maintenance (we're in a humid tropical zone)". Now you tell us that the company "has facilities that are virtually out of commission". These statements are not compatable.

That's simple Dash. Not everyone invested in this company bought in at the high levels (by comparison) that others did. Some shareholders can afford to sell before the upcoming suspension, for others it's not worth the effort due to the high losses presently held. The SP is dropping as a result.

If the company is on sound footing and the auditors don't find a couple more million in debts, then we'll see it trading again and we can hope for the SP to start to rise again
