DavidAsh. Agreed they are late.. but if it had been an operator issue I would be concerned, but It's a Tanzanian thing and they move slowly even when they're in a rush!. But move they will do, and it's near sign offs and approvals for things to get started. Might be this week or end of November..hopefully. As usual it will catch out a few.

Hello Jimbo. I believe PRD raised £10m for testing. I can't see a pre payment being of any benefit to PRD..in fact pre payment is only forthcoming if the well is a discovery from the well data. Jury's out here until flow rates imo.

All will be revealed..ask yourself this. Let's suppose a MOU or HoT is agreed...what do you think the market will make of it?? Will it shrug it's shoulders and say so what..show me the gas? Will it propel the sp to over 15-20p and then fall as the wells still need testing to rove that gas flows ? Will any bump in the sp allow some to exit at a higher price, not willing to risk the result of the flow tests. Have the wells already been tested and the results are poor and they now need a non binding MOU or HoT so the sp gets a bump up for others in the know to exit? Or maybe there's not going to be any agreement as there's no gas to prove any of it is commercial.. It's a good idea to always ask questions and run scenarios into what might be happening. It's important not to believe anything until it's staring you right in the face. Be suspicious. Right now the sp is giving it's own story, aimho.

There is no way a HoT or MOU will be agreed before any gas flows. It's just not possible or credible for an agreement to be based on hot air. Who is going to waste time and money on something that is not yet proven or might not happen? Doesn't make sense. There is a lot of explaining to do here as to why the gas is not flowing. This sp should be over 20p with what they say they have discovered. Really?

News can't be far away now. Tanzanian government will want to clear the decks before the year end which is only a 6 weeks away. A lot to be released by then. 3D seismic results is the real one I want. Rig contract and the other sign offs are formalities but value accretive in their own right. Obviously gas will not be flowing by the end of the year but in Q1 2024, it's do able. SP will have appreciated before then.

A Falkland/UK friendly Argentine president and government can only offer encouragement to a farmout partner or project finance. The election was probably being watched closely.

They could have tested the wells by now and had millions of cubic feet of gas flowing and the sp would be 50p...rather odd they haven't.
