Surely the 5% refers to the fair market value of Havieron which IMO should just be a cash payment to GGP or have I misunderstood?

Just plotted the "areas of disturbance" that I noticed yesterday onto Google Earth to see what they looked like in relation to the existing holes and results.

Looks to me very likely that they are areas that have been cleared for future drill pads - the step-out looks consistent with the one in the NW and the follow the trendline of the previous ones.

Looks like NCM may have found work for those extra rigs that CB was on about yesterday.

In reality stage 3 activities have already started. Ask the work that is going on in the background to obtain the permits required to allow the exploration decline could really be associated with the pre-feasibility study phase of the farm-in.

They won't officially start stage 3 until the second $10 million is spent and NCM own their 40% stake but for all intents and purposes they are well into stage 3 already.

It'll never look quite like that MFU as we won't have an open pit operation at Havieron - all you will see will be a big subsidence hole in the ground where it collapses on itself as they remove the ore from 1,000m underground.
