RRs RI was because the company was skint due to orders not coming in & no plane revenue because of covid. Much the same Cine had no money due to no cinemas due to covid. NEX also did a placing in 2020 as a precaution due to coaches at a standstill!

Probably high interest rate/poor market sentiment, market manipulation, lack of confidence in BOD. Many reasons but not a CR as there is no need for one at this time!

Please explain why a RI is needed rather than just spouting there will be one!!!

Declaring a dividend was a company target based on getting gearing below 3x which they achieved!

The board announced no RI in their HY report. that is the bit about liquidity & paying an interim dividend!

The price hit 66p on Armageddon Covid day. It was at that price for a few nanoseconds & it was impossible to buy & if you got a trade it was only for small volumes.Dip you were still in your pram than. My main concern here pre results was there may be a capital raise. I think that risk is very low after the update so i'm happy to add more at this stupid level. It's an opportunity to get your averages seriously down if you have spare capital. Good solid business this is & well managed.This has to be viewed as an opportunity IMHO!

I'm confident the rewards will come in abundance here at some point. I didn't expect the road to be this bumpy!
