120 is the buy in here. This will keep tumbling down. No reason for this to rebound!

Probably a bit of a pullback here in the morning but if the OP continues it's upward momentum i can see PFC breaching 150 this week!

volumes are far too low here yet to really say this has turned around. I'm contemplating loading up more on this share however am still a bit concerned that the shorts will try to take it down again. Needs higher volumes to make life difficult for the shorting funds!

Oil at 52 week highs. Should see some rises here i think. OPEC meeting tomoz but from my research it sounds like the market probably needs a bit of a tap turn on anyway. Lufkin stuff 3 weeks time. All happening!

Stew, a couple weeks ago you were cussing this. 10p rise & it's the next Argo Blockchain. I wouldn't expect this to go up a great deal without some news dropping. Lets face it. It's ambled around 70-85 level pretty much since last November. Last few days rises i suspect are down to people seeing value in a low, low priced share. All good stuff but not time for wetting the pants over!

Harry, not sure i'd call it bottom feeding. More a contrarian approach. I look for companies which have sound fundamentals but the SP is on a down trend for no real reason or the reasons are clearly short term & will turn around. That is what i see with Wood & a few other investments. I was in on BP back last Summer as well when it traded around 3-330 but got out before the Q2 results. I'm really quite curious about the sentiments you espouse about Wood's falling SP. Why did you not voice these concerns or indeed sell out when this was trading way over £3 a couple of months back? there has been no further news since & the OP is well on the up.

'WG are presently a poor investment' How bizarre. For me WG are currently a buy, buy , buy. Load up. Not often you get these type of share at low, lows. I bought a stack of BP last year @200. This is deja vu time. 20%+ gain in a few weeks. No brainer!

You must be way way underwater if you bought these when they paid a dividend. Last one was ex divi August 2019. No wonder you're angry!

i'll buy back here @120. This won't go anywhere for at little while yet. Has really not recovered at all. The rise to 170 had no substance to it at all!

when this share paid a dividend it cost £4-£5 to buy one. Seems to be easily forgotten that concept of value!

So Harry, were these legacy issues not around when the SP was 350+? of course. & As i see it WG has moved on a put the legacy of SFO issues behind them too. You say this share stuff is not for the sensitive, but you seem to be panicking over a few percent drop in the SP. Expecting a divi reinstatement here anytime soon is naive. No divi here for 2-3 years minimum IMO & a much reduced one when it returns. All oiler shares have had a few bad days & that is all this is.

Click, i not really read it all in great detail. Greta brigade having kittens again. Having had a large holding in BP i know that RDS/Exxon/Chevron are seen as the bad boys on all that stuff. From a PFC angle i think Iskander is well on the money with the renewables stuff so if anything could be a positive although as we can see the oil sector taken a bit of a hit in general. This one's holding up well now though. We're looking fairly safe in the 130+ zone anyway. Makes me laugh looking at this board now compared to March when all the AIM scrapers were in here shouting nonsense!

As i said every share has 1. My 66p buy in looks rather nice now. I'd actually not looked at this one all week as the volumes had been so low but it's my best performing share now!

Harry, yes i don't know where the 233 bottom came from. My mate who's big on the charts stuff did an analysis here for me before i bought in. He reckons this share will only be in trouble if it falls below 245 levels where there is huge support. My humble traditional view is that this will bounce back up to 300+ in no time at all!

All gone very quiet here. Hopefully a good thing. SP seems to be consolidating at these levels. I guess it won't do much without any news, but am quite happy as other oilers not looking so good last couple days!

Been reading some of the commentary here with interest. This drop doesn’t surprise me at all. It surprises me how much it rose. I bought in here @88 just before vaccine & sold at 140. The rise to 170 was not warranted. I believe it was fuelled by the reopening excitement. Jed the placing was in January @112. This share will fall back below 130 without any doubt!

i'm not ramping or deramping. I've never been invested here but am intrigued by the whole saga & have sort of followed it for the last few months. I just can't understand why anyone would pay 8 or 9p for this based on that RNS that dropped today!
