That's awful news about your foreign status preventing your OO participation. I've seen these sorts of exclusions before. Perhaps it might be prudent to have a UK based account for certain holdings, though I presume Luxembourg has it's advantages on some matters?
I'm thrilled about the prospects here.
PK - not sure about the MktCap calcs, and the only thing that worries me about all this is Consolidation. SOU and LWRF just had one and lo and behold, there's more space for the sp to drift down, so they did (SOU since recovered). Been involved with about 3 other consolidations, all spoken about as if they were great for the business or sometimes essential if the sp has drifted below the nominal value - they've all resulted in short term drifts.
Looking into consolidation further, perhaps it is essential as the nominal value of our shares is, since January, 0.1p (it had to be changed then). It is not possible to issue any further shares below this value. Issuing more @ 0.11p is close to the mark but would be allowed. Make the sp 11p, say, and you are allowed to issue more shares at a big range of prices from 11p down to 0.1p(no-one would buy into an offer normally above the sp). (think I'm right in that the nominal value of the New shares would still be 0.1p, but may be wrong - (KaChing?) Not sure of how much one has to be wary of this on VIY but it is a necessary evil of consolidation that there is more downside IMO. (people may think this is rubbish, but it's been my experience)
