So, the money the housing assoc pay annually gets split between DKE and the institution that ends up owning the property. Is the money for the institution on top of the �400k or part of it?

...DKE have agreed lease terms on two properties and are managing the refurb / planning process but have yet to close the loop regarding getting an institution to by the finished package including the lease income. Or they could get financing themselves to by the package. Big loop to close still. Have I got that right?
