sorry if this is a silly question .. but ..
there is always a great significance of attaching
'100% owned' to our tenements in Oz ..
( obviously Hav not now 100% as 60:40 with NC ) ..
so my question is .. what interests do the Martu people
have over the tenements we claim as 100% owned ..
does anyone the situation regarding this matter ..
my understanding is, that if the SP has climbed to say 28p ..
and NC buy out Hav only at the equivalent of 25p ..
then GGP would suddenly have close to a £1bn in the bank ..
and NC would own 100% of Hav, and GGP would own 0% ..
then if GGP paid a Special Dividend to shareholders ..
of say 20p per share ..
the SP would then overnight be adjusted to 8p per share ..
stating the obvious ( to me ) we do not get £1bn in the bank
( and a subsequently ) a Special Dividend ..
and the SP remains at 28p ..
just thinking ..
1) GH said that he would not be around when Hav was being mined ..
2) GGP are a Junior Exploration company .. not a Mining company ..
3) even with our 5% fair price arrangement .. can we, and do we,
want to get involved in the expenditure associated with mining ..
4) are NC really going to want GGP involved in mining ..
5) I think this deal will be GH's business pinnacle ..
he will be looking to achieve the deal of his lifetime and retire ..
why would he want to continue working when he can retire
and enjoy family life without ever having any money worries ..
I am hoping he will pull off a fantastic deal which will deliver
riches to us PI's .. I do not want to be living this life of expectancy
and uncertainty any longer than necessary ..

I hope you can see that 1873's post at 22.55 has 10 recommends already ..
I think most on here agree the sooner we hit 6p and you disappear the better ..
You bring nothing to this board ..
as is proven by never any recommends on your posts ..
I thought this statement was significant ..
The farm-in agreement includes tolling principles reflecting the intention of the parties that, subject to a
successful exploration program and feasibility study, the resulting joint venture ore will be processed at Telfer
(subject to certain conditions and agreement of final tolling terms)
perhaps a buy out of HAV or GGP is not on NC's radar and that a joint venture through to production is more likely ..
Australia has a population of over 25,000,000
1 in 20,000 have, or have had CV
1 in 3,600,000 have sadly died
I don't think CV has much of a bearing on HAV currently or in the near future
I accept I have no idea of how things may change in the future
defo time to switch off and come back when everything has calmed down
it does'nt matter what the SP does right now,
the only thing that matters is what the SP is worth come MRE day
hope you don't mid me hijacking your thoughts Paddy and putting numbers to them to try and reassure and calm everyone down

for Havieron alone .. ??
or if you want to be really optimistic

could be a good Christmas 2020 ..
come on Mushroom
the SP did'nt close at 4.650
it closed at 4.725 ..
4.650 was just the MM's post trading + 5 mins book balancing exercise
looks like u r trying to create nerves with the hope of the SP going down to 3.500
not very subtle ..
