Interesting comments in today's Times newspaper. Business section. Momentum should build from now and nudge our present SP north of today's price. An attractive price atm for new pis in this stock. My own target price is 15p. As always DYOR... Merry Xmas and wishing SEE investors good fortune in 2025.

Agreed...Xmas just come slightly early.. good luck to all long term pis in SEE. We deserve to be rewarded. 2025 could be a pivotal year for SEE.... grossly undervalued at current sp IMHO.

My one word comment. BUY

Grossly oversold. Why would any PI sell at this price and incur inevitable heavy loss... plenty of derampers here. The basic fundamentals haven't changed. A buying opportunity now.

A reassuring RNS. I remain optimistic for the future both near and long term for SEE. A strong buy at the present low SP IMHO.

Doom mongers predict a stock market crash is coming. Herd instinct likely to adopt this view near term IMHO.

Every share in my portfolio has fallen today. Quite a depressing scenario. I'm not surprised at pis jumping ship in SEE and any other share. FWIW I'm holding here for the medium term. GLA patient Lths here.

Amazing but predictable how many pi posts are bemoaning the sp. It's a disappointing sp but it's the figure the market makers in their( wisdom?) value the Company today. I've been invested in SEE for a decade now and I consider the company to be in good shape.

My position is similar to yours g r.q.
I see it as a medium term hold just s long as the dividend is maintained at the current level. The sp is disappointing of course but the NAV stands up as per recent independent property valuations. GLA

My top up of 1K shares a short time ago paid 1.098p per share showing as a sell. At this price a no brainer to buy and hold IMHO. Good luck all.

I see Dividend Max have just amended their previous forecast to 7.3p per share to be paid etc as my previous message...

7.9p . Ex dividend 20th April. Payment due 7th June
