The company can only report holdings as and when the shareholder reports them to the company. Perhaps the financial investigation discovered a larger undisclosed shareholder and that shareholder was forced to disclose it. I know it says “date the threshold was crossed” but that’s just the info provided on the form by the shareholder.

If there’s trading going on that all shareholders aren’t equally able to do, that sounds very odd

Pretty sure Porky was claiming a much lower price for the placing so I’m not sure why everyone is celebrating his success. As these things go, we’ve seen much worse previously. This isn’t even conditional on a vote because they kept the price high enough and looks like it’ll be enough until this time next year as we know the coffers weren’t empty

The annual report must be due soon so we’ll soon find out whether or not this is true!

Share price is getting pretty close to the exercise price for the first set of warrants. When are people planning to exercise? I assume most will just take a ten percent profit when the price gets high enough rather than waiting for more.

Why would APTA not just acquire CLX, I don’t think the APTA tech is that bad that they’d be reversing CLX in. Or perhaps you just don’t know the meanings of the words you’re using?

There’s clearly plenty of buyers to get that much raised in the placing! I bet the retail offer sells out by the end of the day too. Good to see they’re offering for all of us to buy in at the placing price

The price changes up and down on such tiny trades here at the moment. Market Makers are just trying to earn their crust. Good to see they’re getting out to talk to people, it’s the only way the word is going to spread

Middle of the summer holidays, I haven’t had a clue what day of the week it is all August. Question can rollover to Monday though (not bank holiday yet is it?)

Liquidity is still up though, so once those who are leaving have cleared out then it’ll be able to creep up. The news from yesterday doesn’t fade just because some traders are taking their profits

Agree, this will rise. They’ve proved the business model by flipping this and put themselves in a much better financial position.

I watched the presentation, good to hear talk of power brands that bring in the strongest revenues

I’d expect it to tick up further after this morning’s investor presentation. Very nice news in my view
