No expert so can someone explain if tender goes ahead , will PI's be forced to sell. If they dont what happens to their shares.
If the private company does well in future and is sold how are PI's shares value realized.
This is the last AIM company I invest in. It is full of corrupt companies and AIM is totally useless at regulating it, along with FCA and all the rest of the 'Leckeys'

Big expectations from another company that has dropped value >80% since late 2014. Maybe some legs now for new investors but I doubt existing holders will invest anymore. If they were to break even at 4-6p it would be a dream now. Personally if it ever hits 4p even with takeover I will be selling immediately at a loss.
Another promising tech company that fails, even with innovative technology in place. Makes you wonder why? Sad that a takeover in the offing is the only value now.
