laying off 28000 employees across its theme parks due to covid closures, on a money saving mission, can't see them wanting a slice of any cinema chain atm, gla.
from today people will be fined for not wearing a face mask, they also reported that positive covid tests are higher than 3%, the first time in months, doesn't bode well for cinemas opening any time soon there, maybe this has something to do with todays drop in price, come on Mooky, take it back private and put us out of our misery, gla.
lets hope it doesn't 'go west', for all of us in' long' here.
in up to my eyes in this dog, just cannot see any light at the end of the tunnel, just seems like bad news follows bad news here, all we can hope for is Mooky looking to take this 'private' out of harms way of this market, gla.
whenever TLW sp gets close to parity with PMO, it always slips back below it, why?
when similar things were happening to the sp there, Mr Argawal was the founder and a major shareholder, got sick of the mullering the stock market was giving Vedanta and decided to take the company back private and paid us all off, do we not think that is not on Mookys options list?
a whole lot of ifs and buts before that even becomes a reality, remember Mooky and his brother own 29% equity, don't think they will want to see that down the tubes.
trying to justify their panic sells yesterday and quietly regretting it now, they will never admit to that, they just go about spurting rubbish about Cine and how bad things are, when in reality as things stand, they are in a far better position than they were during total global lockdown, all now on the sidelines waiting to buy back in the low 30's, why would they even contemplate that when they are spouting Cine going bust? just swallow the pill and get on with it, good times to come here for us with patience.
just waiting for the hostile takeover approach, in these uncertain times many takeovers make perfect sense, gla.
and was less than impressed with the presentation, Mooky and Nisan appear to have no personality, totally uninspiring, and that is paying them more respect than they deserve, thank f**k they decided to walk away from the Cineplex deal, because if that was still ongoing Cine would not be here today, they would have gone under months ago.
you will only get diluted if you choose not to participate in the equity raise, that is if there is one, many times shares recover to trade much higher than the RI price, lets hope one isn't required, gla.
here's another fine mess you got me into Mooky.
up over 9%, good to see.
it drops from 51.50 to 48.35, and then back to 50.00, crazy swings, looks like people taking profits from recent sp weakness, i am taking mine at £1.50, gla.
CNNWF close up over 7% in US today.
7am RNS.
would like to be only £500 down like Secretly? try almost £50k in my case, gla.
really? I don't think so, any UK lockdown will only be for a short time, weeks not months, coupled with the fact USA opening up which is Cine biggest market, I think it will have minimal affect on sp.
for all of us that are not having a speculative punt and are here for the longer ride, these market moves mean very little, ignore the noise, look out 12 months and we will be in a far better position, along with the sp, gla.
own 29% stock in Cine, so anything brewing in the background will not be detrimental long term to their positions, I am in here with over 99000 shares with an average over 80p, so am enduring heavy loses atm, the time for us to start to worry will be when we witness director sells, we are in the 'closed period' now, so all this talk of 'this and that 'is just that, talk, nobody knows what is brewing whilst they are in this' closed period',I don't think Mooky will want to ruin his children's birthright, gla.
