I doubt there will be a no win no fee solicitor who would take on a case against a country....and WSG certainly couldn't afford the costs. Contracts in third world countries are worthless unless you have the means!

I think TheoremRX may well want to develop Val's asset but..... how are they trying to raise funding? Didn't Suzy say in Late nov/Dec that she also expected positive outcome from the Japanese company before Christmas?

I will stay invested but have my worries. What will stop the terms of the deal changing at the 11th hour - who has the upper hand in negotiation. I just think 4 weeks to go ON A 3 MONTH DELAY AND STILL NOTHING.

However if your confident this deal and the Japanese deal will be before Christmas - 2 months late and no news respectively is not a good sign. I am invested and have been for a long time - I hope it is not going to add to my long list of losses. Stupidly I invested in WSG a long time ago and have a feeling of Deja vu with Val. I cant see a reason she would want the share price down, I don't think there is an abundance of free stock out there. However she did say that the deal would be income generative before year end, and that she would let the market know if the deal was not achieved before year end. For this she has dipped in my esteem considerably.

As i raised this yesterday that Ken Sorenson was the likely Chair of a start up financed by a fund I doubt if decisions to buy or sell were based on people thinking it was TheoremRX Pharmaceutical consulting. And the next thing I wrote was they must be connected to a company that has an established integrated platform for drug development such as Cloud Pharmaceuticals of which Ken was a director - maybe a funds representative on the board as he is chairman for TheoremRX Inc . It is not unheard of that a financing fund has the Chair of a company it finances!!!!!!! But maybe tomorrow after this note is ignored someone will have that Eureka moment and repeat what I said again LOL LOL

TheoremRX do not have a website - the consulting firm is nothing to do with them - just the website has that name. TheoremRX is recently formed, chairman Ken Sorenson.

Ask yourself why it was recently formed, how they have established platforms if recently formed. No they were not operating before as there would have been a snippet of news about them somewhere in google land. They have been formed for this deal, buy another company that does have established platforms - is my best guess - though time will tell!

The same person - looks highly likely he is the Chairman of recently formed Theoremrx. Has the funding background and is probably operating this business via cloud pharmaceuticals - which does have an established integrated platform for drug design and development.
