Dual Listing on Euronext Growth Brussels

ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), a specialist drug discovery and development company is pleased to announce that its shares will be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Brussels ("Euronext") under ticker 'ALIMM' following the approval by Euronext of its request for listing. Admission is expected to take effect from 19 December 2019. This new listing does not affect the trading of ImmuPharma's shares on AIM, nor is there any intention from the Company to raise additional funds from either AIM or Euronext.

The dual listing on Euronext Growth Brussels aims to further increase the visibility of ImmuPharma's shares in continental Europe where the Company is conducting its R&D activities in France and Switzerland. In addition to AIM, this dual listing on Euronext allows ImmuPharma to join the number one European stock exchange for Life Sciences and the world's second biggest for biotech companies after the United States.

ImmuPharma Confirms It Will Not Raise Funds Despite Share Price Rise

(Alliance News) - ImmuPharma PLC on Wednesday confirmed it has no intention of raising funds.

The pharma firm was responding to speculation about a "possible fundraising".

"Following the recently announced licensing and development agreement with Avion, the US speciality pharmaceutical company, in which Avion will fund an international Phase III trial for our lead programme, Lupuzor, we note the volatility in the company's share price and speculation concerning a possible fundraising," ImmuPharma said.

At the end of November, Immupharma shares trebled following the announcement of an exclusive licence & development agreement with Avion.

But the company has denied it is considering a capital raise.

Shares in ImmuPharma were 5.7% higher in London on Wednesday at 18.75 pence each. ImmuPharma was trading at 7.05p prior to the Avion announcement.

ImmuPharma PLC’s (LON:IMM) lupus candidate Lupuzor could become a US blockbuster by generating over US$1bn revenues per year, according to Life Sciences Division.

The investment bank raised its target for the AIM-listed drug developer’s share price to 100p from 76p on the back of the recent deal with US speciality drugs group Avion Pharmaceuticals.

Avion will fund a new phase III trial, while Immupharma will also receive milestone payments and an agreed 17% royalty on sales.

ImmuPharma has the potential to rack in annual royalties of up to US$170mln from the deal, according to the Life Sciences Division analysts.

This deal is only exclusive to the US market, meaning ImmuPharma can look for other distribution partners in other geographies, such as Europe, where there is no need for a new trial given Avion’s funding commitment.

Further agreements will allow ImmuPharma to multiply income from Lupuzor with other royalties and milestone payments.

According to Life Sciences Division, Lupuzor may get second or third place in the US market if rival AstraZeneca PLC’s (LON:AZN) Anifrolumab gets a US licensing deal.

“Lupuzor with a 71.1% response rate in the anti-ds DNA auto antibody-positive patients, could also eventually be the product with the best overall response rate and safety profile in the market,” LSD analysts added.

Shares in ImmuPharma were trading 3% higher on Friday afternoon at the 21.6p.

Not at all, they have "quietly announced positive phase 2 data in lupus this morning" but we are in phase III so far ahead of them and with a confirmed “outstanding and robust safety profile” in a six-month extension study. Nothing to worry about in my opinion.

Immupharma reported on a Phase III European trial in May 2018 which demonstrated that patients taking the drug had significantly reduced activity of the disease. A new optimised international Phase III trial in lupus patients designed between Avion, Immupharma and the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) is expected to start in 2020.

Avion will fund the expected costs of the trial up to $25m, while Immupharma will receive milestone payments up to $70m and tiered double-digit royalties up to 17% based on pre-specified annual sales targets in the US.

The market value for the treatment of Lupus is estimated to be worth over $3bn by 2024 according to market data firm Goldstein Research.

Immupharma retains the rights to commercialise the drug outside the US, while all existing clinical data and future joint intellectual property will be shared by the two parties.

As you can see the price now is upwards, the market is just trying to scare us so they can get our shares! In my opinion, there will be some ups and downs in the road but overall this seems a safe long term investment, do your research as Avion Pharmaceuticals did.
