yes, this used to be in every monthly presentation, and sometimes it was updated accordingly. But this was removed quite a while back.

I emailed investor relations to ask why shareholders are not shown this plan/progress chart any more? my email was ignored.

I find that, if I really focus on the charts, and I mean really concentrate, have a long close look, really squint hard, I can sometimes see Elvis.

The market no longer listens to Solg.

Too many missed promises, and no real explanation of how they can fund anything.

The board have lost the interest of the market after such a long period of let downs and failure. The only way is to deliver a positive PFS, deliver some solid JV news with all the interested parties, clearly show the market a realistic, funded, route forward... until then, Solg are now just shouting against the wind.

poor guy has only been in the job 2 days.

I would not be expecting anything from Darryl this week. This week all he will be doing is answering generic 'welcome aboard' emails, finding out where the kettle is, doing some generic meet and greet video calls and getting some updates.

Next week should be very different. If Solgs PR department have any credibility left, they will have lined up a slew of interviews and media coverage for Darryl to sing to the world, about all the positive reasons he decided to join Solg, explain clearly all the potential he must see within our assets, to every mining related media outlet. There may be within such interviews, hints at future plans and direction/progress.

If Solgs PR team cant do that over the next couple of weeks, they need replacing like certain members of our board.

Perfectly put CD. Vote all four down, start afresh, giving Darryl a clean slate.

We can’t expect things to change with the same board in place.

But where is the evidence of all the other potential suitors? There has been no RNS ever reported regarding other suitors holdings ( or even existing holders) increasing their % here or jockeying for position advantage. We have only ever had managements comments about all the interest they have had, that so far, to my eyes has amounted to nothing? And yes I do doubt our managements integrity after the last 2 years.

I’m interested to know what do people consider a low ball offer?

There is always talk of £1 plus on here, which to me seems like a nice round number plucked from the sky that probably matches People’s individual aims and dreams, not reality.

Personally I have never seen circa 60p as a low ball offer. But many on here would

I believe your votes should be based on the performance of the board over the last 12 months, not on how they try to placate shareholders in the 2 weeks before the AGM.

And the their performance over the last 12 months has been woeful. Delivering drill assays now is just not good enough.

I’d have a complete boardroom overhaul if I could.

I can only hope Darryl is a strong minded, self confident character, Capable of forging a new impetus and direction without folding up when dealing with Mather.

There is no manipulation to drive down the share price, just poor decisions and performance from the board.

It was inevitable the PFS was not coming this year when the regular statement of PFS by end of 2021 vanished from the latest presentation.

Woeful performance from the board this last 12 months. Failure to appoint CFO, failure to deliver PFS, failure to deliver joint ventures.

We are an exploration company, and exploration companies bread and butter is drill results. We also have a failure to deliver the drill assay results they are sat on, Good or bad.. I’d happily see wholesale changes of our board.. terrible 12 months after so much promise.

And the commitment to spend was one of the issues raised by CRUX. It is nothing new.
