Dan failed his fiduciary responsibility to shareholders when he chose to stop all updates and communication, in favour of just pushing through the sale.

I raised this issue with him directly, he responded with the offer of a call with him and a guy from Cannacord..

This is entirely Dan’s and management’s decision to quietly push this through as quickly as possible without releasing any news that may show the deal in a bad light.
