Interestingly he made a specific point about him copying in a corporate broker from cannacord to the email and said he will return with more responses to my questions when he can..

Has anyone actually emailed investor relations or Dan directly to ask why we have had no value adding updates over the last 3-4 weeks? PFS update with new prices, tandy drilling etc? Portal works?

I have… and so far have received nothing back

Dan needs to get vocal and explain why management are happy to accept such a low price in todays metals price boom ..

These updates should have been released before, not after

Throughout the whole process of the last 6 weeks or so, has Dan actually spoken at all??? The RNS don’t contain any quotes or views from Dan.. or am I wrong?

Is he embarrassed by what is happening?

He needs to answer/explain why we have had no operational updates, no drilling updates? no PFS update?, no Tandy update?, all these things were supposed to be delivered before the year end… we have none of them… no CIPA, no update to NAV due to asset price adjustment..

Eloro, I remember it well…. I also remember our management never really addressed the piece head on… their only response was weak and vague.. much like their whole management really.

If the asset is as good as Management tried to convince everyone, shareholders, industry institutions, then there will be others wanting it, given it’s current, cheap set price… if only the Chinese want it.. the asset probably isn’t as great/east to mine/cheap as we all assume…

If no one else comes for it, in this environment, then there surely must be technical difficulties recovering it… I see it as that straight forward.

Anything in the 30s will feel like a big win from here. If not, move on and forget all about Solgold.

It’s quite simple really I think..

You can stay.. and be be almost guaranteed 28p (unless the Chinese pull out) and also get any upside if anyone does actually put in a competing bid between now and you getting your payout.

Or sell up and accept mondays price.. move on.. and never have to think about this share, the company, it’s appalling multiple management teams… spend your money or re invest it somewhere else.

Right now I don’t see any company that I’m desperate to sell up and get in to, so I’m just gonna wait it out.

Any long term holders here’s are probably experiencing some buyers remorse at the moment. The decision/cost of sitting on this rotten egg has been poor.

We could have have invested in something boring and safe like Rolls Royce and 8-10 bagged with zero stress and no inflation eating away…

Anyway.. I’ll just wait this out until the fat lady sings now

Why did they never release any updates to PFS/Tandy/Porvenir, before accepting an offer 15% below recent highs????

Who thought 15% below recent highs was a good price to accept???

And all the other obvious questions about selling a “tier 1, copper mine, and first mover advantage on an entire tenement portfolio” our boards words, during a commodities boom for such a low price… barely more than the market cap was when we were last at 45P… so many years ago.. what a waste!

If they do return with a second, improved offer, it will be less than 40p I think. Unless some big news like CIPA is delivered in the meantime, which I don’t think it will.

No other interested parties actually need to do anything here until/unless the Chinese come back with a serious offer.. if they have been silent, in the background for so long until now, they don’t need to change that.. They don’t need to start a bidding war if they do indeed truly want this asset, unless the Chinese return with an improved offer our board put to shareholders.

Maybe Scott advised them on the low offer price.. mad Jack just be furious

That six month graph is certainly looking better than I expected it to 6 months ago!

Nothing to see here… it’s been imminent for months… and takeover rumours articles have been published for years now.
