Deadline clearly slipped but think of it this way - Nasdaq listing will not happen if their commercial processes don't work.

GKMM - PQE response to me dated 28/3/2018 - consolidation is still planned as is Nasdaq then - see BPINE comment yesterday re status of Nasdaq application- green light likely soon: preferably after some big news.

See Chairman has participated plus converted amounts he was owed into equity. Still confident of achieving their goal. Plus contractors taking shares is a good sign.

Warrants being issued at US$1.50 - nearly double the price of Mayan 1m warrants.

Now need a full business update - been 2 months since that has happened. Maybe we'll hear shortly. Fingers crossed.

well PQE gained a net 41% last week - a not insignificant gain as far as mayan is concerned.

What interests me is that there has been a news blackout on production for nearly 2 months now:

Production update is due now. Lets hope they're doing over 1,000 bold - the share price movement suggests something is up, not least some very decent buying last week. Let's see.

I'm in PQE for the patented processes - this will be worth many multiples of their own production targets.

Bottom Line

Petroteq Energy market sentiments should continue to edge higher as oil prices continue to rise. The company ramping up oil production using a one of a kind mining technology points to an exciting period on revenue generation. As it stands, the stock is on its way out of multi-year lows and the worst looks to be behind for the company and its shareholders.

the difference now - compared to timing re Block investment - is that mayan are now operating at break-even - and soon - maybe now even profitable Therefore the need to access a major cash by selling PQE falls away.

PQE sp has a good deal further to go imo so not expecting any sell. Keep also in mind that the warrants run for best part of 3 years. So much potential upside on 1M warrants with no cash out requirement - only on exercise.

Smoke and mirrors? Hardly - PQE was/will be a massive investment for MYN- it will provide many opportunities financially which it would otherwise not.

Wait and watch it unfold. Or maybe buy a few - it could be your best investment- ever. Exciting times at PQE imo
