With BRES I think imminent means imminent eg any moment.

The bod has so far delivered on every key milestone and can’t be faulted. They certainly wouldnt state imminent if it’s 9 months out

100% sure DFC will fund Orom Cross dev. At some point market will click and value appropriately

Total Orom-Cross Mineral Resources increase 66% to 43.0 Mt and expands growth runway

DFS NPV10 (project level): ~US$1.09bn

• Apply risk factor (execution + commodity risk, partly reduced by likely DFC funding):

• 50% risk → US$545m

• 40% risk → US$654m

• 20% risk → US$872m

• Convert to GBP (USD/GBP ~0.80):

• US$545m → ~£436m

• US$654m → ~£523m

• US$872m → ~£698m

• Shares outstanding assumed: ~470m

• Per share value:

• £436m ÷ 470m ≈ £0.93

• £523m ÷ 470m ≈ £1.11

• £698m ÷ 470m ≈ £1.49

• Allowing for dilution/contingency gives a practical fair value range of ~£0.75–£1.10 per share

Based on the following facts:

- DFC funded the DFS ($5m)

- DFC holds first rights to finance the development

- USA 100% reliant in China for graphite

- Funding of the OromCross DFS the only DFC Graphite DFS funded globally

- DFS result above expectations and set to improve further

Shouldn’t Orom Cross be considered a funded development?

I can’t see a scenario where DFC do not support its development - funding is a certainty in my view.

As such, the discount to NPV is unbelievable- it should be+30% of NPV at this stage

Good job the DFC will be a partial owner !

The herd won’t arrive until we are 40p and they’ll push it towards 80p

With DFC likely to finance the development I see 40p near term.

Only came across BRES after reading the DFS RNS. Until this week I think I was the holder of the ATH with average price 9.7p bought on day of DFS!
