to develop its Kenyan reserves, its best asset. The whole sector responded to geopolitical uncertainty + Commodity prices today. Kosmos Energy the last takeover source followed the sectors downward move today in exact proportion. Glencore funding facility should see this through for the duration of the 5 year agreement. A company like ENI would be a good partner to persue for Tullow in getting a Field Development plan up and running for Kenya (has interests in Ghana) and has the means to make it so in a collaborative effort. (last deadline for submission expired 31Dec 2024) Kenya Undoubtedly the Ace to play for TLW in terms of future reserves at the right time.

Uncertainties of bonds due in March and possibility of Glencore, a key financiar to TLW exiting FTSE100 are key controllers These should be solved soon, headwinds are strong at the moment but this little company should weather the storm. A solid Strategic plan going forward and a partner to develop Kenya to secure future reserves would improve the situation

Kenya FDP/Ghana Tax Arbitration

If Tullow finds a strategic partner(s) to move the Kenyan Field Development Plan forward there will be renewed positive sentiment going forward, I understand the latest submission was rejected some time ago.The new deadline for re-submission of the FDP being 31Dec'24.

Hopefully good news on the way when the Ghana Tax Arbitration is sorted out, some time soon with a bit of luck

The approval of a solid FDP for Kenya together with securing a partner to develop it (cost £3.7B) would potentially secure substantial reserves. Be great to get an RNS with some resolutions to these 2 key issues

Been in contact with CG Invester relations annual results at the end of the month

Last years (2022) Results were on released on 23 Dec so should be around 22-29dec
