With my extensive knowledge of 6 months investing in aim shares....
- aim shares will fall on good results. Bonkers, no idea why, but I've seen it again and again. Only thought is that someone expected better. Often a great time to buy
- aim investors seem to get bored, and sell. Or think they can get better gains elsewhere. On no news, shares just slowly drift off, until a prompt appears and the shares rise like a rollercoaster.
As they drift off it's a good time to buy more, if you believe in the fundamentals of the company.
- on bad news, shares are sold, and usually oversold. Again , if you think the fundamentals are good, again a great time to fill your boots, cash allowing.
- I am sure MM just keep the price ticking down to encourage buyers, and sellers when they roll into losses etc. synical? Me?
Basically aim is extremely volatile, with low trading volumes, and MM with agendas, (took many shares, or not enough)
Hopefully someone with knowledge can tell us the right answers
