Read the RNS it's going to be this year or within 6 months, limited downside from here. massive potential imo.

If there is a chance for shareholders not to be wiped out they should legally be made to take it
This kind of loan should be a last resort only, the existing director's will continue to look after themselves and run Debs into the ground.
Today could see some wild swings if MA hasn't given up and we get another RNS.

My personal feeling is they are in talks or we would have had a director RNS which considering they are supposed to hate each other is not a bad sign.
I think the directors are more credible than Flybe's and will do what is best for Debenhams which with MA as CEO and restructuring could still do very well, after all they were in profit only until recently.

More restructuring costs in UK it will take a little while to put on good profitable track.
