Hi Task good a decent profit....I let all three run overnight and closed two this morning for 35 pips each but left a micro running.... In hindsight I was a bit premature on this trade but ok ish .I think there is more to come and its tradeable.... Ive just had at a swim to try to ease my back and I feel better.....now in pool cafe having a coffee

Yes swimming is good can only do crawl as breast stroke pulls on my back ......... Also i still manage some circuit training but ive adapted it somewhat cus of my back
