Better day today........ technically we have pushed off that long-term support and broken through the downward sloping trend. ..........So from a T/A point of view on the daily candle its a break out........ Lets hope that the breakout continues.

A little pressure from a major share holder can't do any harm but right now its more about normality and people feeling confident in going about their daily lives.

Hopefully come mid June with all lockdown restrictions
removed, normal life will return and this company will move forward at a pace .

Hi Gs yes great stuff...... Yes the under 16 will probably do that for sure, until the world goes full circle and wants to go back to old fashioned shops lol . Pity you missed out on the mega rise . I suspect some shenanigans going on with certain market participants, drop the price on results day buy in heavy then put out a note to say "Just Buy It " ( not mentioning any names of course .

Congrats on mega rise on royal mail today after JPM actually ramped it ............ JPM says in a note titled "Just buy it" that co's letter and parcel revenue in 2022 is expected to post healthy growth; reiterates "overweight" rating........
Some - what questionable wording buy JPM .. Lets hope they don't say in their next rating "Just sell it"

The London property market is hugely lucrative for the agents. When things start to normalise and people can travel locally and internationally I suspect the foreign and local buyers will return and sustained buying will ensue.

HI Gs, Crypto. I still don't understand it so am wary of the associated shares .. The Argo block chain is as volatile as the coins. It could take off big time but who knows?

MYI > hanging on for now while it floats between 1160 and 1240. Never thought about taking out 5% per year of a fund, its an idea but my drawings tend to be more random . Did get almost perfect timing taking out that wad for the car.
Not looked at Apple shares for a while good news about your bruvs keep us informed

Hmm... Not too sure about Royal Mail, yes its made massive progress but currently expensive and with the pandemic easing and less online shopping it could see a drop in revenue but as always the very best of luck GS ..

Its looking good for this share now. If we can get continued positive news ( I know a big if ) it should move up fast

It may not look like it but from a technical point of view we are still in an uptrend and have been since October 20 .
Still above the 200 EMA and DMA sitting around this current price at support.
The shares are cheap, so hardly worth selling, I think for now its just about hanging on until things pick up and in time believe they will.
From a fundamental view, very little volume right now

Yes the £3 mill share buy back is completed, so more value to the share holders.
The volume slowed a little after the buy back but this should now stabilize....... 61,20 % of the shares are held by Institutional share holders which shows faith in the company. Yes D&G deal done and dusted..... If we get a massive post pandemic housing surge then Foxt could even get a rerating..

I am always neutral on Motleys postings but it can't do any harm. Foxtons hangs around in stasis but the shares are cheap now. I don't think it will belong before it pushes back above 60 and onwards
