@Junior1616 Some people panic when investing, and it usually starts with a few sells which then ignites a massive sell-off as people follow suit fearing the price is going to crash. When emotions get the better of you when investing, thats where problems begin, and a lot of people lose money like that.

But as we saw here today, once the RNS was probably digested it turned out it wasn't as damaging as everyone thought. Massively oversold AM, then began retracing PM. All things considered both parties will want to make this deal happen and won't want to go through lengthy legal battles.

We'll see if there is an update from Conrad tonight.

@hope2gain Conrad backing down would be the best thing near term. This legal saga would finish before it even was to start.

Importantly, they're not gonna want this hanging over their heads all this time its gonna mess their position up. So, i think others have mentioned this here too, but I see this getting resolved fairly quickly.
