Nuclear power stations are carbon neutral, but spent fuel rods contain deadly Plutonium that has to be sealed up for a million years, unless used for nuclear weapons. Second the 300m cash pile, a 'poison pill' against T/O, they prefer to be 'like Switzerland', neutral but necessary to all customers. Third, royalties on new designs will be double the old price.
