He did buy IBM in the last couple of years, but they go back to the 1940's and have become a more understandable business. CUP is exactly the kind of company he would avoid on the grounds of being easily replicated by new entrants, no pedigree in terms of years, and small in size. He looks for Goliaths, NOT Davids.
