AnnOwl. I did ask DR about this to make the DMG 100% green. He says they are considering this, but the priority is to get the first DMG up and running. The DMG ,even in its present form is considerably better than the inevitable alternative of INCINERATION which the government seem to be willing to allow, in spite of all the environmental opposition. It certainly does not emit the levels of TOXINS produced by present incinerators.

To clarify my position . It is the TECHNOLOGY I am supporting. The PHE board may be criticized for lack of progress, but it is PHE that has bought the tec to the present state of development ready for commercialization . It is Peel that has provided the land and infrastructure for the first DMG and possible 10 other sites. What has W2T done exactly apart from talk? ( OK got a lease on the site and an MOU to supply plastic waste) . M.A.T. ,Can you please tell me of any tec project that W2T has brought to successful commercialization? Yes I know that Howard White started AFC which is doing well and good luck to them. That is an important tec as well, but I shifted to PHE because I feel that is more important at the moment.

Thank you Wolves for your input. I do appreciate all the insight from posts on this board. It is only my desperation to see this technology succeed ( not just my own small holding improve) that has made me anti W2T . On the other hand I am very pleased that Peel , a multi million pound company with huge resources, has now come on board to support PHE.

Hi Sharesport Re your Monday 22.37 post. Thanks for recognizing that I used a direct quote from W2T , in this case from the CEO John Hall . He has been described here as one of the good guys ,but in this article seems to be following the company line . You notice the quote ends with " technology was developed by scientists at the University of Cheshire ". No mention that they were PHE scientists! It is my contention that from many similar pronouncements W2T has caused the confusion and has undermined PHE. You ask does the nature of the deal matter. I do agree that this announcement of a deal HAS got us out of the rut and given new hope. More chat in the last few days than in the last few months! More trades as well ,so I am trying to be positive about it . While the present deal MAY be worth it in the long run, just to get rid of W2T and clear the confusion, the high price may continue to act as a drag on getting the first VITAL DMG up and running. That is why I am pleading with investors here with more clout than me, to challenge the price ALSO who will become the CEO and Chair in the new company.

It is yet one more example of W2T twisting the information to blow their own trumpet and claim that the technology is THEIRS! see "The plants will use advanced thermal treatment technology that could "transform the way waste plastics are dealt with nationally", PowerHouse Energy said. Waste2Tricity's Distributed Modular Generation (DMG) technology was developed by scientists at the University of Cheshire and uses unrecyclable plastics as a fuel to produce hydrogen. Up to 200 sites could be deployed in the UK " . Anyone not aware of the real situation, reading this, would assume that PHE were wanting to aquire W2T to get hold of the technology . This would make the present deal seem more reasonable. The sooner they disappear from the scene the better as far as I am concerned . My only worry is who ends up in charge in the new company.

NO Wolves I said it was murky to ME and I am not a professional investor. That is just my view of the investment world probably prejudiced by films like the wolf of wall street and books by John Grisham. I normally steer clear of the stock market but really want to support this company. It seems I am not the only one who is confused!

Thank you Wolves for your input. I have to be honest and say this is all far too complex for an innocent like me that just came on board because I wanted to support the teck. I will take your word for the figures you gave as I really don't have the time or ability to do my own research on what seems a very murky world of back room dealing which I HOPE for PHE's sake will come out right with THEM in charge. Stokey12 Re your reply 15.52 . Thanks. Yes of course I see that was just to say it wont happen if the deal goes through. I STILL don't understand what the deal as stated in the RNS means and particularly what this ratio of 60% to 40% means or the figures being banded about ( £1.3 -6 M) . All I am interested in is what my present holding in PHE will be worth under the new company when it comes to fruition.

Stokey12 Re your post 9.15 Can you clarify that ? I assume it means the present lease will be valueless and will have to be re- negotiated with Peel by the new company. As will the MOU for the un-recycled plastic waste I mentioned before?

Thanks Stokey12. I did finally find it just this minute. I do reluctantly agree W2T have done something for their money and also the MOU for the supply of un-recycled plastic from Advanced Sustainable Developments (ASD) to the DMG and supply of electricity back to ASD. ( RNS 9th May 2019) A good neat arrangement . I guess it will remain an MOU until the DMG is built.If this take over, or whatever, is the only way to resolve the complexity of the association then so be it.

I could not agree more with you Gadams. I appreciate what Manabouttown and Piltic say about W2T "valuation" That it is simply what someone is prepared to pay and the seller accept ,but for me,that must be based on something tangeable. In the case of a company what financial assets it has, which for W2T is £371,237 IN DEBIT on the 30th April. I know that "good will" also has value, but that must also be based on past performance. As far as I can make out, they have not bought any projects to commercialization . If I have missed one ,let me know. The two at Teeside and Bilsthorp prior to W2T getting involved with PHE have not come to fruition as far as I know. More to the point ,their history with PHE has been more of a hindrance than help. As has been said by others, they only promote themselves and hardly ever mention PHE giving the impression that it is THEIR technology . Even worse , they have made incorrect statements that PHE have had to correct. I thought, when I invested in PHE that W2T was a consultancy/ advisory company who were on a yearly renewable contract to act as a go between to help PHE obtain customers and finance for commercialization and for that service they were being paid a fee (£20,000 a month in shares is what I remember, but I may be wrong). I have never understood why PHE could not just cancell the contract. The relationship is clearly much closer than that, with W2T claiming they have "exclusive rights" to market the technology. I think this coincided with the new business model of the "insurance wrap" to finance DMG construction.. The fact that Keith Allun and David Ryan have been board members of W2T in the past, must have something to do with that. If ,as some suggest ,it ends up as a "reverse takeover" by W2T , then I don't see much future for the DMG. I hope that those shareholders with more financial clout than me will try to, at least, reduce the price to be paid. I would not give anything. I just hope and pray that it will be successful for the sake of the country and the world .

PLEASE can one of you financial wizards explain to me what "valuation" means? how do you calculate it? i am a simple (retired) engineer and don't understand finance or business. I only invested in PHE because I love the teck and am desperate to see it come to commercial success to save the planet from plastic.. I looked at W2T on a site called endole and on Companies House. ,the Government site . The synopsis for Waste 2 Tricity Ltd says "Assets: £294.14K, Liabilities £-274.0K, Net assets : £20.0 K" . The other two companies However the Balance sheet for 30th April 2019 says " Net (Liabilities)/ Assets : (£371,237) i.e IN DEBT ! . This compared to April 2018 of £20,113 in the black. How does this relate to a "valuation" of £6 M , £4M or even 1.3M ??. The other two companies W2T (Protos) and W2T International are both "Dormant" and each have assets of £100 so I assume , don't count. Oh , there is also a column in the balance sheet called "Capital and reserves" with a bottom line of "Total equity" which also comes up with the same figures. How, I don't understand. I am totally flumoxed by all this shananikins as to ,is it a take over by PHE or is it a "reverse" take over by W2T? ( I REALY hope not!) or even a merger with a different name (W2T/PHE or PHE/W2T ?) Well I hope you are right Z cars. As far as I know Peel have only offered about £4m. I am sorry to say I don't have much faith in W2T but maybe Peel will ginger them up. As for Chinese backers, Umm? Just be careful what you wish for.
