I took this mornings update and suppressed SP as an opportunity to bring my average down a little.

I can’t disagree with everyone’s sentiments on this individual - but what he is saying is a fair comment and I also have been asking and wondering the same question for weeks. Some clarity on the P1&P2’s quality of life and what state they are in would not go amiss.

Where did you read that explicitly there has been no side effects such as CRS / neurotoxicity?

I’m very happy reading the RNS and it’s amazing news for the patients involved.

But I have seen first hand within my family CAR-T treatment for NHL (B-type), so appreciate it’s a different blood cancer, but the initial outcomes were impressive viewing on PET scans and everything looked incredibly positive in the early post treatment stages (after severe neurotoxicity), however the cancer returned aggressively not too long after. .

Really really positive update but let’s not write off other peoples views and opinions, it hasn’t been proven as a cure yet so no one should be coining it as such yet until confirmed.

Thought the RNS read well and all sounds positive , but more information on the existing 2 patients wouldn’t go amiss - “they are alive” after 3 and 6 months, doesn’t inform much at all - efficacy of CAR-T in that time since, pet scan updates to see cancerous reductions/growth, possible neurotoxicity or CRS?

What state are these patients in after 3-6 months of treatment beyond they are alive is my question - this information is vital to understand how effective the CAR-T has been so far - doesn’t sound so great if they are experiencing re-growth, or have severe side effects and residing in ICU?

Don’t mean to sound neggy, have been a SH here for 7 years and a family member unsuccessfully went through CAR-T.

Absolutely nothing about NYSE/Nasdaq seems imminent - words like “potentially” are a great way of clouding the truth and removing any kind of evidential information or accountability. They also posted some garbage on L.In about a visit to the NYSE about 6 months ago. How’s that imminent 500m£ valuation going?
