Poor analogy.
When you book a flight it’s for a service on a specific date and time and the track record of the airline is why you are comfortable to part with your cash and are confident it will all go to plan.
Leading up to your flight you may check a few weeks in advance and then again the day before and on the day to keep an eye on changes to timings.
All of which are communicated to you.
If SNG was an airline would you buy a ticket? Doubtful based on track record always late, Non comital and tell you after the event.
Stupid analogy anyway as a trial is very different to a flight.
