Yesterday's volume was a massive 16k shares
All these posters talking about the TSX listing as though it's the lead market might want to check the volume on our listing there. Most days there is at most £1k or so traded and today is no exception - currently there are 2 trades totalling 15k shares, about £1k if that. The OTC listing is similarly inconsequential.
The LSE listing is currently the only one that matters.
If you look closely these are not est drill holes but historical results from 1990. Not clear why it wasn't taken any further at the time.
Looks like you're using a 'standard' rule of thumb of $20/oz for inferred and $30/oz for indicated resources to get that figure Tornadotony. But this doesn't take into account either the commodity price or more importantly in this case, the grade. Surely there must be a premium for resurces at 10+g/t compared to those with 1g/t?
I guess we need to wait for a feasibility study to give us a NPV to take this into account?
You are correct that this first trial is funded by Evgen, but it is tied into the Stalicla deal as detailed in the RNS
Have a read of this bob: https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/EVG/sfx-01-licensing-deal-for-up-to-1605m-t2mzgn6l56x102b.html
Next milestone is completion of the trial, which probably means the results are known i.e. Q2.
Re: hedging
Only 1/6th of this year's expected production is hedged. The $1756 collar will be gone by April and the $1900 one by June. As others have said this was necessary as a condition of the working capital facility to ensure Singida is successfully brought on line.
Quite inconsequential in the grand scheme of things.
Didn't realise Shanta had a pink sheet listing. Looks very lightly traded as per usual with OTC.
Definitely worth doing shareminator. Btw there is also a summary of the Q&A in a combined text/audio form here:

Questions are in text, Eric's answers in audio snippets.
Wrong. I suggest you have a quick read of this Bushy:

Yes it's worth having level 2 sometimes, just to see them dance.
Recording of this morning's presentation & Q&A now up on the Investor Meet website. They usually put it on Youtube as well at some point.

Out of interest how did you get into the 9:30 call deepjoy - don't they check you're an 'analyst'?
Maybe I'm dumb but can someone explain how the 10:30 Investor presentation works:
"Investors can dial in to the Event by Loopup for free to meet Shanta Gold via the number below, please quote Shanta Gold when prompted by the operator:
· +44 (0) 33 0551 0200 - Standard International Access UK-Wide"
So it's a presentation over the phone?!?
Why?
Gold up, currently $1895
