RE: THG and Future plc16 Sep 2022 09:18
At these paltry share price levels THG is a highly attractive takeover and will appeal to many. That is either as a whole entity or for any of the parts, Nutrition, Beauty, Ingenuity.
Presently sat at 0.2 x revenue when with say Nutrition other comparable peers have been sold for 3x to 5x revenue. Pepsi even took a stake in Celcius in the US for equivalent of 10x revenue. That is many multiples of the present sp for one division. Any one of the respective divisions is worth much more than the present 40p and the sum of parts.
Its simply a case of waiting for the next bids for either each of the divisions or for the group as a whole.
Matt Mouldings IPO Bonus of circa £800M leaves in prime position with enough cash to accumulate more and buy this out.
My main interest today though is on who picked up the 2.5Million yesterday at 40p. Matt Moulding or Lord Charles Allen?
