Guitar that sure as hell is worrying for the accounting world if you are loose in it. You are seriously saying if a company has 150m cash today then the market automatically values it at 150m? Don’t be so ridiculous, it would be much much less, especially as this company has no assets and will have significant opex costs.

That’s all true GG but will take time for all of these things. I’ve no doubt there’s a high probability of a deal in the next 6 months but I can’t see a $150m up front payment transforming the share price (once Les some are talking about. Assuming it’s c150m then I think 10pm is fair depending of course on the milestone plan and any other news released meantime.

Again the company are so ambiguous and I’m skeptical as to why. The CeOs latest gig is talking about expecting surprises. You just don’t do that.

I agree with what you say Indiana. The problem is some folk are genuinely planning how to spend the £1m they’re going to make from their £20,000 investment. That’s when it gets silly and that’s when you need the filter.

As for the mcap, that’s highly optimistic that it will reach close to the short term cash balance.

Marty the 5 years was referring to a successful drug hitting the market. The company have been very poor and updating shareholders on timelines, which I know will have many variables but they are so ambiguous with their ‘interviews’ and RNS’s.

Clinical trials still need to take place. Is that another 12 months or so ? Pretty sure there will be more learnings once this is underway and most likely further adaptations before they reach the approval stage.

FDA approval maybe a year or more ?

Producition, marketing, sales .. that’s not an overnight project.

What is certain, no real increase I. The share price until all of the above in place, some of which might never even happen.

Roger where is this open coming from? The CEO has referred to big deals having up front payments in the region of $50-150m. One would assume his several references to these indicate we may be at the upper level of that. Let’s say it’s £100m then I doubt the market cap would reach that level. There may be some value placed on the milestones but those are likely to be 12 months away.

I think you’ll definitely see a spike in any announcement followed by a coupon of days of hype and fluctuation as people get their head around the deal details. For certain you are then going to have a proper of 6-12 months of nothing and the share price will drift back.

The real money will only come in to this 2-3 years down the line once (if) trials, approvals, patents etc are successful. It’s a share to either trade through the hype stages or forget about for 5 years by which time the asset will be commercial, if of course successful.

Haven’t posted any rubbish trout. Because I don’t align with the expectations of 20p, 50p, £1 and so on, doesn’t mean I’m talking rubbish. In fact, the complete lack of interest in the company shows that everyone else is spouting rubbish. The market seldom lies.
