I am almost 90% sure that voting will fail. To many resonable answears/explanations that current 500 -1000 ft distance is safe enough and that there is no reason to waste it.

I have never said anything bad about that water play. Really liked that RNS with water play announced. Water is a valuable commodity. Only a fool would underestimate income that water sales my bring. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if we get more water contracts announced before anything about Kansas is released.

It's a good sign today 3 sales of £15k each and finally no fall. Somone is buying any amount at 13p. It seems that we have a bottom now. It looks like recovery is coming.

Let's hope they have not dropped any tools into their Kolorado well as they did in Montana xD

112 - another board filler - important may it sounds, although we already know that WD is not going to be affected if it will pass, as most wells are far enough from settlemetns (post nuclear zone lol). The same for ED operations - not affected as already in place. We may not see any change regardless of the voting outcome. Market is concerned about the funding. Money from Kansas + Ed + more water contracts would save us and allow self funding and bright future - but so far absolute silence about Kansas.

And obviously no RNS today as well so another chaotic day for SP.

I'm just thinking loud now. With my 18p entry I am almost - £5000. For the low of God. For this money I could have traveled to USA visit HNR sites in Kansas, Colorado - take pictures, see in person what they are doing there now and go back to UK. So basicaly I could have assess them in reality and would probably still got some money left xD This is just... beyond words. I can't believe of what is going on now.

JJAL - maybe this is a good sign which means everyone from BOD is so busy 'delivering' that they can't spare any time on emails, calls from small investors and so third party company will do the talking, while they will do their job properly. At least hope so ;)

HopefulDave - if you really hold so many of HNR shares you may have some influence on BOD. When did you last spoke with BOD? When did the last time they have replied to your email? Have you ever visited them in USA? How often do you communicate with them?

Why biggies like True, Haliburton or any other are not interest in implementing DTU on hundreds of their wells so they could make additional millions? Why? Why?

It would be wise to release RNS with something meaningful today to stop this madness. Waiting...

Yes investors needs answers regarding Kansas nitrogen play and why it is taking so long to deliver it. - maybe they've got some obstacles there and trying to avoid the subject now?

SO MORE CONTRACTS FOR WATER TO COME most likely soon.

Nr 2: Kansas: 'Highlands’ first well in Kansas recorded a 99.59% purity and initial flow rate of 2,581 Mcfpd. Highlands is in advanced commercial discussions with various parties for full scale commercialization' - So production/sales/contracts hopefully soon, maybe even before ED.

Nr 3: A collection of inter-supporting technological and natural resource assets, consisting of DT Ultravert, a re-fracking and parent well protection technology with four patents allowed and additional patents pending in the United States and internationally - 'Highlands is in advanced commercial discussions with various parties for full scale commercialization of its technological assets.' - So MAYBE some contracts for it soon as a nice surprise?

According to what company said news may be IMMINENT, at any time any day, any week, etc ;)

I don't even mentiond ED here as it was already discussed over 100 times or more and we already know everything about it.

We got 14p because company failed to deliver fast enough and not because D14 predicted that it will be 14p ;)

If I only knew that HNR is so slow to deliver I wouldn't be loaded at 18p couple months ago.

They need to be faster, market is inpatient and 14p SP / 17mil mcap LOL - is a punishment for slagging.

Kansas is worth more than this itself.
WD is worth more than this itself.
Helios is worth more than this itself.
And even DT once in demand will be worth more than this xD
