agreed and since they had already converted one contract with phoenix i am confident that there is a high probability that within the pheonix relationship they can convert a second contract here.

in all fairness, i think that is what they have been doing, we've had excellent news recently. and he said in his interview he will keep updating the market on developments and their journey, we had a distressed seller in the market that to me looks to have cleared now, those random 1m trades have stopped. easy bagger from here imo, just takes one bit of deal news and this flies north again...
