Banks are going to post record annual profits within the next week and a half while the UK economy is predicted to grow fastest in the G7 this year & next with interest rate rises also boosting future profits. Why will they remain down?
Cardinal,
Official figures show theres an average of 1 covid patient per hospital right now. somehow I do not believe the unvaccinated are going to make much of a difference. Like you I believe the extra risk they take is theirs to take.
Goldman Sachs is re-rating NWG to 3.80. I would say we are more likely to get nearer to this figure with huge profits to be announced and the continual increase in interest rates which will help profits to continue, not to mention the UK economy growing the fastest out of the G7 this year and next. DYOR of course.
3.30 is definitely achievable and won't be that far around the corner.

Patience will be rewarded.
the bounce off 53 doesn't seem to have much legs, we will push further upwards soon.
Falky,
You're usually confident in which way the price is going, why the indecision going into what looks like the end of the pandemic, record profits for banks and interest rate finally moving in the right direction?
